If married husband must be between the ages of 23-65 with a valid photo I.D. or passport to qualify with a combined gross annual household income of $50,000. Sorry no retired persons.

Single females (single constitutes never married, divorced, widowed: single does not constitute separated) must be between the ages of 30-65 with a valid photo I.D. or passport and a $30,000 gross annual income.

Florida residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk and Seminole Counties do not qualify for this offer.

Must have spent at least one night prior to touring in a motel, hotel, resort, condo, or vacation rental in the Orlando area and can not be staying in a campground, driving an RV or staying with family/friends.

All guests must bring and show either a major credit card or checkbook.

To book your 90 minute sales presentation, you must pay a $20.00 refundable deposit which will be refunded upon completion of the tour. The $20.00 refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card once we confirm the tour date and time is available. If you are unable to attend the 90 minute sales presentation, the $20.00 will still be refunded to you at the resort.
